5. Delivery

Preparation and delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.

Delivery can be affected by carrier operations, weather, service disruption, remote addresses, incorrect addresses, and other things outside our reasonable control.

Supplying complete and correct delivery details is your responsibility.

We are not answerable for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs that follow from delivery details that were wrong or incomplete when the order was placed.

6. Replacements, Returns, and Refunds

Save where the law says otherwise, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

A replacement may be approved where an order arrives broken, faulty, wrong, or short, provided the request comes within 30 days of delivery and includes enough supporting detail.
